การกันสิทธิในมรดก (อัล-หัจญ์บุ)

การกันสิทธิ (อัล-หัจญ์บุ) หมายถึง การกันมิให้ผู้เป็นทายาทได้รับมรดกไม่ว่าจากมรดกทั้งหมดหรือจากส่วนแบ่งที่ดีกว่า

การกันสิทธิ นับเป็นบทหนึ่งที่สำคัญอย่างยิ่งของวิชาว่าด้วยเรื่องมรดก ผู้ที่ไม่รู้รายละเอียดบทนี้อาจจะทำให้เจ้าของสิทธิไม่ได้รับมรดกหรือส่วนแบ่งอาจจะถูกจัดให้กับผู้ที่ไม่มีสิทธิ ซึ่งทั้งสองประการเป็นความผิดและเป็นการอธรรม
